Make it your mission to spot the beautiful native Australian wildlife along the way – with koalas, kookaburras, turtles and dolphins calling our region home. If you’re visiting between June to October, you might even spot some whales passing! This coastal rainforest offers spectacular views to Noosa North Shore and is a must-do for any visitor.
Noosa Beach Horse Riding

There’s fun to be had all over the Sunshine Coast – including Coolum Beach, only a short 10-15 minute drive south from your Peregian accommodation at the Retreat beach houses. For an action-packed, thrilling and playful day out with the family, you must visit the Blast Aqua Park at Coolum!
The floating playground atop a lake is full of fun and challenges in the form of slides, blast bags, trampolines, swings, challenge tracks, balance beams and wobble pads. Don’t worry – there are also designated rest areas within the extensive floating walking tracks if you need a chance to catch your breath! Perfect for energetic kids and those that love the water, the Blast Aqua Park is an exciting family activity that you need to add to your list once you’ve booked your Sunshine Coast accommodation.
